Instructions for Decisions from Advice of Friends

Suppose you are trying to decide what city to visit on your vacation. Three friends, A, B, and C, give you advice: they judged how much they think you will like each city. The three friends are equally good judges of how much you will like the city. They made their ratings on a 1 to 9 scale in which
1 = you will DISLIKE the city very very much
9 = you will LIKE the city very very much

Please look at the first trial below. In this case, your friends, A, B and C, rated the first city as 2, 3, and 5, respectively. The same friends rated the second city as 6, 7, and 6, respectively. So, A thinks that the second city is 4 points better, B thinks the second city is 4 points better, and C thinks that the second city is 1 point better.

You can only visit one city. For each pair of cities, which one would you choose, given the advice you received from the three friends?
