The following survey is part of a study I am doing for my master's thesis at California State University, Fullerton.  The study is on shyness and related treatment issues. Should you decide to participate, you will be asked to answer several questionnaires. Answering these questions will take approximately 30 minutes.

Your answers are of course completely anonymous. Your participation is voluntary and you must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

Once you complete the series of questionnaires a list of references will be provided should you desire more information regarding this topic.
