The Latest and Greatest with the PDSA

• Kick-off Party

  Just like last year we are having our kick-off party at the bowling lanes in the TSU. Free pizza,soda and bowling. This is the first event of the semester and is worth 2 points! We will have a schedule of events written down for you to take home for reference. Shirts will also be available in small quantities for immediate sale. Sizes will be in LRG. Come by and see what PDSA is all about. If you are a returning member, come and see what's new!

• Movie Night

  What better way to sit and relax with your club members than to watch a good ol' movie? We will be watching "Seven Psychopaths (2012)". Bring your own popcorn and soda please. We will have a brief discussion on the psychological aspects of the movie after it has concluded. Earn your 2 points while relaxing a bit.

• Member Meeting with Speaker

  The Center for Sustainability was established at CSUF in 2009 and is a campus focal point for sustainability-centered activities. These include facilitating the development and inclusion of sustainability-centered topics in the university's curriculum, supporting external grant-getting by faculty members and other members of the university community, encouraging interaction among faculty members from different disciplines, reaching out to members of the greater community interested in sustainability, providing leadership in efforts to make the campus more sustainable, and coordinating sustainability-related activities on campus.

• End of Year Awards Ceremony

  Date of Event: 11 MAY 12

  It will be in the Pub this year. Festivities start at 8pm and will conclude at 10pm. We will be giving out certificates and handing out cords for those who purhased them and the new oficers will be introduced.

• PDSA Participation Point System

  The way participation works in PDSA is simple. You earn one point for every meeting you attend. You also earn two points for every event you attend. At the end of each semester we tally up the points. If you earn at least 50% of the points, you will receive a certificte for being an active member. If you earn 75% of the points you will receive a certificate for honor membership.

• PDSA T-shirts

  The shirts have been completely redesigned from last year. Along with our new colors, your PDSA officers have come up with what we think is a pretty cool design. The cost of the t-shirt is $20.   For the spring 2013 term we will be meeting the first Wednesday and fourth Thursday of each month in the Humanities Building Room H604 at 6:00PM.
